J\u2019adorais me r\u00e9veiller la nuit l\u2019hiver et relancer les flammes dans le four \u00e0 bois, seul \u00e9veill\u00e9 sous le silence de la lune.  Lorsqu\u2019il est vraiment chaud, les gaz des nouvelles b\u00fbches se concentrent sous la vo\u00fbte.  Soudain, ce sont comme des aurores bor\u00e9ales qui inondent mes yeux de lumi\u00e8re, d\u2019une danse, d\u2019une furie de chaleur.  Agenouill\u00e9 face \u00e0 ce spectacle, je pourrais me perdre ind\u00e9finiment, voyager \u00e0 travers l\u2019espace.  Me retrouver au centre du chaudron.  Parfois, c\u2019est presque trop, j\u2019ai peur que ces flammes qui ne peuvent plus \u00eatre retenues puissent bouter le feu \u00e0 cette vieille petite \u00e9table multi-fonctions.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Emotions, memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Il y a aussi cette p\u00e2te qui l\u00e8ve, que je dois comprendre, qui se r\u00e9chauffe \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ce souffle de dragon.  Ce levain qui fermente, qui sent si bon.  Ces boules de seigle que je lisse, que je fa\u00e7onne, que je berce pour qu\u2019elles soient bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">This water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The magic of the elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ce moment choisi pour enfourner, apr\u00e8s avoir bien nettoyer la sole et s\u2019\u00eatre br\u00fbler les poils de la main.  Cet immense balais, cette montagne de braises ardentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Un jour, j\u2019aurai de nouveau mon propre four \u00e0 bois.
