This is the way we prefer to eat them, raw, as a small condiment salad to preserve all the qualities of lacto-fermentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Of course, it's not a question of forcing yourself, but if this dietary aspect appeals to you, then it's well worth the effort.  However, our palate quickly becomes accustomed to it, and if you feel a return sensation, then your body knows that it's doing it good.
