It's also an opportunity to talk about the slightly crazy (and slightly magical) project we're preparing for the <strong>June 21 in Onnens<\/strong> : <strong>the big fermentation party<\/strong> ! \ud83c\udf3f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rts.ch\/play\/embed?urn=urn:rts:audio:d605aa93-6823-3dce-b39e-273b69f21fae\" width=\"392\" height=\"200\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"fullscreen; geolocation *; autoplay; encrypted-media\" name=\"Un premier festival romand de la fermentation\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A lively event, with an exceptional guest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It's not every day you get to welcome a <strong>living legend<\/strong> in his village. And yet...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>June 21, <strong>Sandor Ellix Katz<\/strong>, the cult author of <em>The Art of Fermentation<\/em>, will honor us with his presence.
