It's easy to eat lacto-fermented vegetables

Today, lacto-fermented vegetables are back in vogue in the West. Top chefs appreciate their gastronomic value, and scientists are demonstrating their benefits in a growing number of studies. Sometimes, this taste for novelty can be a little disconcerting, and we sometimes get requests from people who don't really know how to consume them. Let's not forget that above all.., this ancestral way of processing vegetables has survived the passage of time and cultures thanks to its simplicity. That's how we eat them in the first place.

Eating lacto-fermented vegetables can be as simple as opening a jar armed with a fork and your appetite.

Our best advice is to think of them as condiments on your plate. From a dietary point of view, it's recommended to regularly consume the equivalent of one or two tablespoons, so don't hesitate to add color and freshness to your dishes.

Great with raclette. A treat on a croque monsieur, a burger, lentils... We like to mix them into our salads, since their tangy taste can already give a head start on the dressing. Otherwise, use them on toast, in a pasta salad, to season a broth, on the go in a cheese sandwich, or for an English breakfast with a fried egg.

Afterwards, you'll feel whether you'll miss this type of vegetable or not. The effects can be very subtle, so there's no need to think about it too much, just let your feelings speak for themselves.
