Our different talents complement each other perfectly, from starter to dessert, to present you with a few unexpected nuggets, from the great classics to the simplest, yet essential, forgotten dishes.

We also offer an extended workshop formula in the form of’aperitif-conference-meal-concert. Over the course of an evening, we'll share our experience of lacto-fermentation with you, cook small dishes to demonstrate its culinary palette, and then take you on an atmospheric stroll to the sound of our voices and instruments. These evenings take place at your home, with guests invited by you.
