A party, a passion, a mission

This morning, I had the chance to visit the RTS to talk about what has been driving me for the past 5 years: the artisanal fermentation.

At the microphone, I recounted the adventure of La Fermentierra, A place for experimentation, sharing and taste. It's also an opportunity to talk about the slightly crazy (and slightly magical) project we're preparing for the June 21 in Onnens : the big fermentation party ! 🌿

A lively event, with an exceptional guest

It's not every day you get to welcome a living legend in his village. And yet...

June 21, Sandor Ellix Katz, the cult author of The Art of Fermentation, will honor us with his presence. A true icon of the global fermentation movement, he will share his knowledge, vision and infectious enthusiasm for microbes and living transformation.

Why this move to RTS counts

Being able to talk about it on the radio is a great recognition for our small structure. It's also a strong signal that fermentation - this ancient, modest and powerful art - is attracting more and more people.
