






Fermentierra is a Swiss artisanal and family business. Our goal is to share our passion for the ancient technique of lacto-fermentation. With our experience and our taste for cooking, we offer a range of products inspired by the flavors of the world, the seasons and local organic production.
Our philosophy is very simple. By supporting a healthy and ecological way of life, we wish to transmit to you the gastronomic and dietetic qualities of sour vegetables. We place great importance on the freshness of our vegetables, in order to guarantee you jars that will amaze your taste buds and deliver all their benefits to your body.
Our workshop is located at the foot of the Jura mountains, in Champagne, in the family's former bakery. After decades of cultivating the art of a job well done, we've taken up the torch to pass on one of mankind's treasures, the art of lacto-fermentation, and to showcase the quality of Swiss organic vegetables.
