A raw, lacto-fermented hot sauce. Strong, it may make your nose run, but its aromatic bouquet is simply bewitching. So, on a hunch, I'd say it's between 50,000 and 100,000 on the Scoville scale, not too strong but still worth testing on the tip of a knife before going to the bottle.

It took us a while to find the dragon, but we're not disappointed with the epic adventure that led us there.

Description

A very aromatic lacto-fermented hot sauce with a heat that could make your nose run.

It can easily be stored on a shelf for several months. Check from time to time that there is no re-fermentation if you don't open it immediately. Simply unscrew the cork slightly, and if it's still fermenting, leave the bottle slightly open for half an hour.

All ingredients are organic.

Ingredients: Juice from Bloody Krautpure organic ginger juice, organic lemon juice, organic candied garlic (CH), fresh organic Habanero pepper (CH), organic bird's tongue pepper, organic cayenne pepper, Guérande salt, spices.

    This sauce is magnificent. We used to use a lot of Tabasco, but we've all become addicted to Dragon's Blood. It's really an excellent recipe, bravo!
