In kombucha vinegar we infused horseradish, chili, turmeric, ginger, onion, garlic, lemon, cinnamon, cloves and rosemary.
Sous forme de cure, il serait à prendre en petite cuillère le matin à jeun. Mais on peut très bien l’utiliser pour faire une bonne base de vinaigrette.
