Kimchi is traditionally a lacto-fermented Korean mixture, with varying degrees of spiciness, based on Chinese cabbage. Every family there knows its own recipe. Today, Fermentierra presents its own.

This Suisse-Chi is more earthy than the first. The more restrained blend of spices allows the subtle shitake flavor to settle in quietly, spreading its mycelium under the cover of the first, rather pungent sensation. This is perhaps our most meditative preparation, a flash towards symbiosis. A highly original kimchi that goes perfectly with potato dishes, among others.

Le Kimchi est traditionnellement un mélange koréen lactofermenté, plus ou moins piquant, à base de chou chinois.  Là-bas, chaque famille a ses recettes.  Aujourd’hui, Fermentierra vous présente les siennes.

Le Suisse Chi 2 est un mélange de pak choï, chou fleur, céleri, poivrons, poireaux, oignons et son mélange d’épices secret bio.
